We employ a strict "Walled Garden" database architecture. Your organization's data is isolated mathematically within a dedicated PostgreSQL schema. We do not aggregate your proprietary code, tasks, or meeting data with other tenants, nor do we use it to train external AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, billing details, and organizational roles.
• Workspace Data: Code snippets, tasks, project metadata, and communications generated within the Nexus IDE and platform.
• Usage Data: Diagnostic logs, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to ensure platform stability and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the WorkMA service. This includes authenticating access, processing subscriptions, facilitating team collaboration, and maintaining the security of our infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon subscription termination or upon explicit request, we will permanently purge your isolated schema and associated data from our production databases within 30 days, retaining only legally required financial transaction records.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). However, no internet-based service is completely invulnerable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
