Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to WorkMA. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, upgrading a workspace, or using the WorkMA platform ("Service"), you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WorkMA enforces a strict no-refund policy for all subscription tiers (Pro, Scale, and Enterprise) and billing cycles (Monthly and Yearly).
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are purchasing immediate access to computing resources, storage quotas, and proprietary software features. Because these resources are instantly provisioned and consumed upon payment, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for partial usage, accidental upgrades, or early cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
3. Quotas and Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to the storage, user, and compute quotas dictated by your active Plan. WorkMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass technical limits, engage in crypto-mining, host malicious software, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.
4. Limitation of Liability
WorkMA and its creator, AZZANI, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international business law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
